We understand that it is not easy to select a painting from just a picture. We will work with the customer to make sure that all we can do is done to help the customer make the right decision. We are only an e-mail away. Please take advantage of this and ask all the questions that need to be asked. Our e-mails are monitored so we should reply within a very short time.
It is the seller's concern and desire that the buyer is completely satisfied with the painting when received.
Buyer should realize that because each painting is an original there may be very minor (hardly noticeable) defects. If something is significant, seller will notify buyer of this prior to the buyer commits to purchase.
If a painting shows a significant defect the seller may still offer the painting for sale but at a reduced price.
RESIN ON TOP OF ACRYLIC PAINT: The resin takes a while to cure. Seller will not release a painting to be shipped if it is not sufficiently cured. Normally this takes approximately three weeks. Buyer in these cases will be so notified before he/she commits to purchase.
Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it. We will replace it or refund the purchase price. The original store receipt is required for refunds. You must email us to obtain the mailing address.
All of our prices include packing and shipping, insurance, tracking, and sales tax if applicable.
